You can return or exchange any item purchased on www.aphrodel.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked final sale are non-refundable. Items returned with a pre-paid label must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected. If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Aphrodel reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense. Items sent in protective pouches must be returned inside the pouches, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
All duties and taxes are included and paid within checkout to avoid unwanted surprise costs on delivery. For special requests, please contact tiarra@aphrodel.com.
Jewelry will typically dispatch within 24 hours of order Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within the following 24 business hours.
Express shipping: Any purchases made with an expedited shipping option must be placed before 12pm PDT to guarantee same day dispatch. An overnight or 2nd day air order placed after 12pm PDT deadline will be dispatched the next business day.

If you requested a refund, please allow 5-10 business days after your return has been delivered at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. All items are hand checked and approved by our team. If an item is ruled as worn, stained, or damaged, a member of our team will reach out via email. During periods of high volume, like sale periods or holiday, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
